Office Manager/Concierge Manager

Bridgette Escudero

Bridgette’s real estate career began right after graduating from Kennesaw State University in 2012. Her degree is in Modern Language & Culture (French) and Business but she quickly realized she had a strong interest in real estate. Bridgette began working as the Receptionist and Accounts Receivable Specialist at a Commercial Real Estate company in Atlanta that specialized in retail shopping centers. For 4 years she assisted Property Managers with 40+ shopping centers, assisted accountants, and gained knowledge of how much works goes into managing and owning shopping centers. Bridgette then moved onto another Commercial Real Estate company in Atlanta to expand her knowledge and took on a position doing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Lease Administration for more retail centers in Georgia, Texas, South Carolina and Florida. 

Now, Bridgette is taking on the residential side of real estate and is looking forward to learning and working with all of the agents! She is also very excited to be a part of the Concierge Team. Bridgette’s hobbies include spending time with her husband, family, dogs, salsa dancing, cooking and is currently learning Spanish to become trilingual.

Candace Stuart

Candace’s Real Estate sales career started in 2000 in the field of property management with EPT Management. Only in her early 20’s, she quickly discovered that she had an innated gift for sales, which seemed quite natural to her. Just only after two years in the business, Candace landed the top spot as “Leasing Agent of the Year” as the #1 Leasing Agent for Cornerstone Realty Income Trust. From there she worked other various roles in property management with some of the largest property management companies such as, Post Properties, Berkshire Hathaway, Tribridge Residential and Lincoln Property Co. Candace transitioned with ease into new construction sales in 2005 with Centex Homes and from there joined DR Horton Homes. Exceeding sales goals from 2005-2018, Candace has received numerous awards from DR Horton as well as being recognized by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association “Million Dollar Circle”, National and Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council.

Candace’s passion for Real Estate has been her main drive for success and love for community. Candace is a seasoned Real Estate professional that have been a resident of Atlanta for 30 years, which makes her an expert in within her market. Candace is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Georgia Association of Realtors.

As Director of Norman & Associates Sports & Entertainment Division, Shiwana is responsible for instituting and implementing policies and procedures that ensure the quality and effectiveness of a seamless experience to our global audience of discerning clients.

Shiwana attended Valdosta State University and Williams Academy of Real Estate. She is a seasoned dual licensed agent in Georgia & North Carolina. Shiwana has built an outstanding network of referral partners throughout the United States and is well respected amongst her colleagues and clients. Shiwana has been recognized in several additions of, “Who’s Who in Black Atlanta”. She is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club with over 18 years of experience working with buyers & sellers assisting in the sale of over 50 million in closed transactions. Her goal is to consistently give the client beyond what they expect. Shiwana specializes in luxury real estate sales servicing renowned entertainers, athletes and professionals. She has earned some of the real estate industry’s most prestigious designations; including that of an Accredited Buyers Representative; Accredited Seller’s Representation, E-Pro, Graduate Realtor Institute and Staging Professional; adding value and commitment you can always count on. Besides being a full time Realtor, Shiwana is the mother of two; Joshua and Haley. Shiwana owns several businesses and resides in North Atlanta, Georgia.

Atlanta Compliance Officer

Terin Branhan

As Compliance Officer of Norman & Associates Atlanta office, Terin is responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures for Norman & Associates’ offices, state and local real estate licensing rules/regulations are adhered to. Terin works closely with Agents/Managing Brokers to ensure Agent related transaction questions are resolved promptly. She’s responsible for keeping real estate forms/document checklists up-to-date and releasing commission checks upon receipt of complete audited files.

Terin attended Oakland University, University of Phoenix, Georgia MLS Training Institute/Capitus. She earned her Georgia Real Estate Broker’s License and holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and a Master’s of Business in Administration. She’s also a certified Project Management Professional. Her goal is to consistently give the agents/Managing brokers quick assistance and exceed their expectations.

Terin values growth, transparency, and family. Besides being a Realtor/Associate Broker, Terin is a Senior IT Project Management Professional and landlord…when she’s not working, she’s researching, singing karaoke/entertaining friends, or updating her fixer-upper in East Atlanta, Georgia.

Prior to real estate sales, Calvin worked as a Manager withing the Medical Technology Industry for over 18 years. He is able to translate his extensive people skills to the real estate business. Whether buying or selling your home, he guarantees his clients a smooth transaction and total satisfaction. He is an active member of various organizations and participates in local activities.
